CBSA confirms dumping decision on wire rod from China, Egypt, and Vietnam

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made a final determination of dumping with respect to wire rod from the People's Republic of China (China), the Arab Republic of Egypt (Egypt) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by October 4, 2024.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal's order or finding.
