CBSA initiates administrative review of certain whole potatoes from the United States.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an administrative review of the normal values and export prices of certain whole potatoes originating in or exported from the United States of America for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia.

Orders from the Canadian International Trade Tribunal impose anti-dumping duty on importations of the specified goods.

Normal values established during this administrative review will be effective for the subject goods released from the CBSA on or after the date of the conclusion of the administrative review; normal values currently in place will expire on that date. Normal values determined on the basis of the administrative review will be applied to any entries of subject goods under appeal that have yet to be re-determined at the time of the conclusion of the review.

It is anticipated that this re-investigation will be concluded by July 14, 2025.
