CBSA issues dumping determinations on wire rod from China, Egypt and Vietnam

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a preliminary determination of dumping respecting certain wire rod from China, Egypt and Vietnam.

Provisional duties will now be payable on the subject goods from China, Egypt and Vietnam that are released from the CBSA on or after June 6, 2024.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping is causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
