Fight Against Forced and Child Labour in the Workforce – Update
Public Safety Canada has created an online catalogue of reports submitted by entities before the May 31st, 2024 deadline.
Entities are reminded that these reports must also be prominently available on their respective websites.
To help entities meet their ongoing responsibilities under the Act, Public Safety Canada will provide updates and guidance through quarterly bulletins.
These bulletins will include:
Updates on the Government of Canada’s efforts to implement the Supply Chains Act.
Information on the reporting process and resources to keep stakeholders informed.
Additional guidance and tools for entities to ensure compliance with the regulations.
Public Safety Canada also encourages entities to complete an online survey to provide feedback on current processes and requirements.
