Importer Advisory: CBSA Scheduled Release Service Outage

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), electronic release services will be unavailable from 10:00 PM EDT on October 5, 2024, until 8:00 AM EDT on October 6, 2024.

 During this time, all release requests must be submitted to CBSA in paper format. Please anticipate potential delays due to manual processing.

 To minimize disruptions and backlogs at the border, we encourage importers to work with their vendors and highway carriers to avoid shipments arriving at land border crossings during this period.
