Tribunal maintains injury finding on carbon steel welded pipe from four countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in February concerning the dumping of carbon steel welded pipe from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Türkiye (excluding those goods exported by Erbosan Erciyas Boru Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S.) and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order (which would end the imposition of anti-dumping duties) was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry. As such, the Tribunal continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
