Tribunal maintains injury finding on corrosion-resistant steel sheet from several countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today continued its finding made in February 2019 concerning the dumping corrosion-resistant flat-rolled steel sheet products of carbon steel from China, Chinese Taipei, India and the Republic of Korea.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding (which would end the imposition of anti-dumping duties) was likely to result in injury. As such, the Tribunal continued its finding.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
