Tribunal maintains injury finding on hot-rolled carbon steel plate from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its order made in August 2018 concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate from the People's Republic of China.

The Tribunal found that the expiry of the order was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry and as such, continued its order.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
